With the economic and cultural struggles, hope recedes. Outlooks are uncertain and our leaders falter to make things better due to political rhetoric and positioning. This cultural and economic "cliff" is especially felt in smaller, more rural communities of Wisconsin. But let's vigorously grasp at the hope we can find in order to make the world better than how we found it. The solution is to invest in things closest to us; in our children and in our communities. Such an investment offers vitality to our future.

Rural Communities Public School Struggles
Below is an article that outlines struggles of rural districts to fund their schools. Pulaski is not extremely rural but it faces similar struggles when it comes to finding funding to run its schools.
